Shipping policy

Much of the time, your item gets made and shipped about three to four weeks after your order. Many single items are $4.00 - $7.00 to ship first class in USA. Multi-item orders and suncatchers can be $9-$15 to ship first class in USA. Many times things take longer, weigh more, and cost more. Details below. Checkout for a detailed estimate. Message us if you have questions. Have a great day!

Making Your Order

We make almost everything to order, and we tend to have orders in the queue.  Sometimes items take us 4-6 weeks to make, pack, and ship your item, so please allow 4-6 weeks for order fulfillment. Fulfillment times are longer during holiday season in November and December, and other peak times, and they are shorter in Summer.

Cut off time is 2PM Pacific. Orders placed after 2PM begin fulfillment the next business day. 

Shipping Your Order

Orders ship from Chino Hills, California, USA. It's about 35 miles east of Los Angeles.  Shipping rates are estimated at time of checkout. Actual rates may vary but that's rare.

Domesting Shipping (USA)
Standard carrier delivery rates and times apply. Typically it's 1-5 days via USPS First Class, and 2-3 days for USPS Priority Mail. All times are estimated and vary based on the actual destination address.

Unless otherwise specified, items ship USPS First Class under 16oz, and USPS Priority Mail 16oz and up. Standard rates apply. Shipping insurance and signature confirmation are available for an additional charge. Contact us if needed.

International Shipping
We ship globally to all regions served the United States Postal Service. Standard delivery rates and times apply. Typically 2-6 weeks for USPS international. All times estimated and vary based the actual destination address. You may be responsible for customs, duties, or import tax in your country. International shipments are FOB. Once they leave the USA, there is very little we can do, but we will still try to help you out if your package is stuck somewhere. Failure to provide addresses in the Latin alphabet (also called Roman letters) may result in delays or errors in shipping via USPS international. Conversely, an address in the Latin Alphabet may cause shipping delays once arriving in your country. We try to make both visible on the packaging.

Missing Packages
If your package is damaged or missing, please notify us immediately using the email below. We will open an incident with the carrier you selected at checkout. If your carrier has marked the package as delivered, there is very little we can do about missing packages. (see "Suncatchers" section below)

USPS has been great about delivering almost all packages - eventually. They have not been as great at updating the tracking info. Sometimes packages aren't scanned until they are delivered.

Pandemic Delays
During the 2020 quarantine and subsequent pandemic lockdowns, we've had one or two domestic packages go missing for about a month, and then show up. This has happened for a number of international shipments as well. USPS has suspended delivery deadlines until further notice. Overall, we've been very happy with the service of the USPS. 

Failure to provide a USPS verifiable address may cause delays in processing your domestic order. Again, that's rare. If needed, we'll contact you with the information you provide upon checkout. Failing to provide accurate contact info or failure to reply to our efforts to contact you may result in delays in fulfillment and shipping of your order.

Suncatchers
Suncatchers ‼️ Note: We highly recommend U.S. buyers purchasing "Signature Confirmation" (an extra $3) to ensure safe delivery, because these Suncatchers are not only more of an investment for you for you but extremely labor-intensive for Tiff, and thus not as simple or easy to replace. 

Outside U.S.A.: Signature Confirmation is not eligible for international buyers unfortunately, but if you are interested in insurance, that can be selected that as an option.
